INFORMATION ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Steve Jurgensmier – Sensei (teacher – Instructor) is 4 th Degree Black Belt in Seiei Kan style Karate and 1 st Degree Black in Tae Kwon Do, a 1 st degree Black Belt in Ju Jitsu, A Brown Belt in White Leopard Kung Fu and has trained in 12 different styles. Started studying the Martial arts in1971. Has Won many Awards, trophies and Medals and still competes. Just Returning from Ireland in the 10 th Annual Irish Cup which had 7 countries represented with only 27 from AKJU Team America representing the USA, with approximately 624 Total Competitors Steve Jurgensmier Won 2 Gold Medals 2 Silver Medals and 1 Bronze Medal The AKJU team won 25 Gold, 26 Silver, 32 Bronze and 3 Grand Champions out of 7 categories. Was nominated and Inducted into the Black Belt Hall of Fame for Martial Arts Dedication. November 2002 and was nominated for his Outstanding Contribution to the Martial Arts in November 2004, Special Recognition November 2005 and Pinnacle of Success November 2006, during the Inductions, Several Seminars were attended during the weekend. During the past years has attended other seminars including Tai Chi, Restraint techniques, Ju Jutsu, Fighting Techniques, Weapons use and Control, Bill Superfoot Wallace Seminars in 2005 and 2006 and is still active with Instructor 9 th Dan, Lynn Summers of Tarlton Dojo and Grand Master Don Madden of Chillicothe. Students are Trained in Point fighting and Tournament participation events. The primary training is Respect, Discipline, Coordination, Balance, Self Confidence, Leadership and Power, Speed and Control.

Bill Comer- Steve Jurgensmier 1st Black Belt now holds the rank of Ni Dan 2 nd Degree Black Belt and also holds a Black Belt in Shotokan and Kenpo also holds the rank of Red Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do and a Brown Belt in Shuri-Ryu Karate, Bill started martial arts training in 1979.

Joey and Brittany Pollex started in April, 2001 and Earned their Black Belts in 2 years 10 months. They both have excelled and diligently improved exceptionally well. Have attained their 2 nd Degree black Belts in 2005, Bill Comer, Joey and Brittany Pollex are studying and attaining Rank in the Bujikan (Ninjitsu) style of Martial Arts.

Max Brandon started in 1999 and recently earning his Black Belt, and has trained in Tae Kwon Do.

Most recent Sho Dan 1 st Degree Black Belt is Shawn Cottrell, who travels from Circleville Oh. To attend classes.
